Darth Caedus or Darth Vader. Darth Caedus isn't on your list but he is the newest Sith Lord and he seems pretty powerful.

Oh, and not to be picky or anything, but to be informal, General Grievous is not a Sith Lord. He is a cyborg that was trained to fight with lightsabers by Count Dooku.

They're not very consistent in the movies.
Vader would seem tough, but when he first goes against Dooku he gets his butt handed to him. So much for being the Chosen One and good at sword duels. Years later he goes against Luke who has maybe 2 weeks of training with Yoda and Luke is able to stand toe-to-toe with Vader until Vader slices off Luke's hand. Their next battle Luke wipes the floor with Vader? WTF? So all those years of Jedi training, and then all those years of Sith training didn't add up to much of anything.
Dooku is one of my top fave sword masters because he was able to go up against Yoda without breaking a sweat. And he wasn't even the Chosen One or the Master Sith.
Maul was robbed. He's shown to be fast and agile enough to handle 2 Jedi at the same time and kick their butts. He kills the master and pushes Obi Won off the ledge, yet he's too slow to block or even dodge as Obi jumps up, flips over him, TK grab Jin's sword and land cat-like on his feet to slice Maul in half? WTF? That was a punk azz ending, and a rip off.
Sidious -- well, he killed 3 Jedi in less than a minute and was able to go up against Mace until that lame azz ending to that fight scene.
Grievous was kewl, but he wasn't a Sith.
My choice would be Darth Revan from Knights of the Old Republic.

But out of these, Grevious would win, even though he wasn't technically a Sith.

General Grievous wasn't a Sith. I'd say Vader or Tyranus would be the most powerful.
