Heath's joker seems a bit scary. If you notice from the trailers, the joker actually sliced his cheeks so his smile will look bigger. Now that's scary.
The only problem I have with Heath is that whenever I see him, I always remember The Patriot and Casanova.
For Jack, I don't know. He's kind large for the joker role. Sure, his acting skills and inherent haunting attitude can make up for it. But still, you can't have a Superman if he doesn't look like a Superman right?

Jack is overrated. He's basically doing the same character from the Shinning except in clown makeup.
Watch the Joker from Batman the Animated series (the Emmy award winning one and NOT that stupid Kids WB version) or Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker for a really sadistic and better version of the Clown Prince of Crime.
