You should be asking and looking for the same morals, ideas about children, shared goals, shared ideas about how you will approach life, and if religion plays a part in your life. Drugs and alcohol problems are deal breakers. Absolute communication is key to having a good marriage. Are you on the same track when it comes to family, sharing responsibilities in your home and working always towards building a safe and prosperous life together? These are key and to accept anything less will guarantee you won't have a shot at a happy marriage.

Being a Christian myself, that's the first thing I would look for. Then he would have to be honest, a good sense of humor, a character of high morals, no drinking or drugs, and have a soft heart with understandings of my shortcomings. He will need a forgiving heart and be responsive to my needs as I would be to his. Being a good cook wouldn't hurt ,since I'm not so good at it.

Independent, self-confident, quirky, funny and intelligent and empathetic. Helps if he is tall with blue eyes too. He needs to be financially stable and not have any abuse history (physical, drugs, alcohol) those are the deal breakers.

Ive never been proposed to and Im 39.....it would be nice to just be asked one day...before Im old...lol....as for qualities.....well the one above all is exclusive love... most likely isn't possible anyway these days......so I wont say anymore.....

i'm picky, but, smart, sexy, funny, respectful, not degrading, has a job, can support himself, loves me for me, doesn't push me into anything, allows me to be independent, etc.
