12 tenses.

Simple present- I am happy.

Simple past- I was happy.

Future- I will be happy.

Present perfect- I have been happy.

Past perfect- I had wanted to go to Paris, but I don't anymore.

Future perfect- At 8:00 I will have been here for 3 hours.

Present progressive- I am going to the store.

Past progressive- I was going to the store.

Future progressive- I will be going to the store.

Present perfect progressive- I have been eating pie.

Past perfect progressive- I had been eating pie when he walked in.

Future perfect progressive- I will have been waiting for six hours by the time he gets here.

Hope that is helpful!

Grammatically speaking, there are only two, past and non-past. Other times are expressed with modals and aspect.

But I suppose you want this:

Present simple: I walk
Present progressive (aka continuous): I am walking
Present perfect: I have walked
Present perfect Progressive: I have been walking

Past simple: I walked
Past progressive: I was walking
Past perfect (aka pluperfect): I had walked
Past perfect progressive: I had been walking

Future simple: I will walk
Future progressive: I will be walking
Future perfect: I will have walked
Future perfect progressive: I will have been walking

Please don't tell me you think moods (indicative, imperative, subjunctive--the verbs above are all indicative) and voices (active, passive--the verbs above are all active) are "tenses" as well!
