I've been watching reports and polls from a variety of sources and I am not convinced there is a clear winner among Clinton, Edwards and Obama.

Try to be as honest when answering and try to leave your personal bias (based on who you want to win) out of your answer. Be realistic. I want an "I think" answer and not an "I feel" answer.

I agree with the first post, even though I probably support Hillary. Your point is valid.

Hmm...Second poster is wise too. I'm impressed I'm actually getting thoughtful answers.

It's a close 3 way in Iowa between Hillary. Edwards and Obama. New Hampshire is now dead even between Hillary and Obama. But Hillary is leading Nationally. But politics is a strange business and sometimes you get fooled. I'm gonna' make a guess tho' and say that Hillary will be the Democrat nominee. If not her, then Obama. Her campaign people have made some serious mistakes in the past week.

Do I think it's anybody's game for the Democratic ticket? No!!! In time, Hillary will be on the sidelines watching. I don't say this to be smart, but to give my honest thought.

Hillary has a lot of "baggage", not to mention her husband being high on that list. Hillary is not as likeable as Bill, and her campaign knows this. Given enough time, Hillary will show herself for the tempermental, hateful, person she has been reported to be for years now, (even during the days of Bill's presidency).

Finally, Hillary's biggest qualification is the fact her last name is Clinton. Were her last name anything else, she would be an unknown, and if fact, would have never even got on any ballot anywhere.

Not anybody's game. There is only a choice between hillary and obama now. Edwards is going no where but down as he loses in every state polls.

From the look of it, the bet is more on hillary than obama because she is matching or beating obama in the early states, and leads by 29 points over obama in the national poll according to Fox New Poll of Dec 19. If obama loses iowa, he is history.

Statisically true: they're in a dead heat. (source 1)

However, Edwards has made the greatest strides overall in Iowa since the campaign began. He will continue to emerge ever slowly and come away the winner in Iowa on Jan. 3rd.

The American people desperately need help. The country is facing record foreclosures. Gas prices continue to rise but the poor are getting poorer. Americans desperately need to be able to pay their mortgages, feed their families, and pay their bills. They've got to have someone to help them keep the jobs they have before every single job is outsourced to China, India, or Mexico. We need someone to stand up to corporate greed that has insidiously stole the American dream from the average American. John is that person.

Hillary is losing steam as fast as John is gaining it. Even Clinton's advisers say Edwards is a "real threat." (source 2)

You're right -- any of those three could win at this point. (Silly little Dennis Kucinich, for example, wouldn't have a chance.) Although to be honest, I think Hillary's made a few too many goofs to make as clean a sweep of it as she'd like.

I think there is still hope for Hillary. She is starting to regain herself. It appears that each time she goes down in polls she just retools her campaign so she is stronger, I think people are doing this on purpose so she will be the perfect candidate to beat whoever ther Republican nominee is .

Naw, the real skinny is that Hillary is home free, already. Just a matter of time, pal. She will likely square off with McCain but Rudy just might edge McCain out. That is what will happen, I promise.
