As a independent contractor I typically wear high end professional attire when selling myself to facilitites, but I am interviewing next week for a position outside of what I normally do. The person who called to arrange the interview told me "we are a casual office, so come comfortable"-what should I wear? It's cold outside so should I wear pants? A sweater, a blouse, both, a jacket? Do I wear accessories?
A dress? should I wear flats? heels? Black, navy, browns, color?

You can't go wrong with a suit. I wear one to every interview, even when the company typically has a "casual business attire" policy. There's just something about wearing a suit that makes me feel really confident.
Black, navy or brown are all ok. I usually wear heels, but closed toe professional heels, not something I would go out to a club in.

Wear a pants suit and a simple blouse. Navy is a good conservative choice. Wear heeled shoes, but not "killer" high heels. Accessories? Simple gold (doesn't have to be real gold) earrings and a complementary pin would add a nice touch. And one thing, don't wear any perfume.
