No. In order to file a restraining order u must file a petition for it. You will then be given a hearing date on which u will have to let the judge know why you are filing for a restraining order, and depending on ur reason the judge my decide to first grant a temporary order and set another trial date. On the next trial date , the respondent will also show up and the judge will then decide to give you a permanent restraining order depending on the severity of your situation. Usually it is a three year restraining order.. hope it helps!

No, Sorry.. Has to be signed by a judge and filed by the clerk of court. And that's just a temporary. A "permanent" restraining order can only be filed after motion, hearing, and judgement duly entered.

BUT it may be possible to submit a petition for restraining order online. Check with the clerk of court in your county court house.
