jason kidd has no problem staying in new jersey if the nets can become contenders again........ i honestly believe that he wants to finish his career as a net

He is under contract through next season (at the tune of $21.3 million for 2008-2009). Trades need to match salary, but no club would "rent" him for one season...either the Nets will have to tack on another year or two before a deal is done or a new club would need assurances that a deal will be done soon after a deal.
