Of course it's normal. Your stressed and chances are you may not even realize it, but when we are nervous we bite the inside of our lips, we press our lips together, and all manor of things, therefore using your lip muscles more, causing the to contract.
Sounds scientific to me, lol. Anyway, yes it is normal.
Now, if yours ears start twitching let me know......

Well if it happens when you are nervous I would say it is normal since people do have different reactions to being nervous, me, I get sweaty and feel a bit sick I also pick at my nails.

I,ve had this like 1 once every week when im nervous!! it is perfectly normal!!!!! it happens in my knees a couple of times, its just how our body works

yes, it is a normal thing. what you can do is tell the person you're talking to that "oh my lip twitches when i'm nervous, i'm sorry." this is really sets you as confident with whoever you're speaking with. and they will understand your concern.
my mom licks her lips when she's nervous. i remember my eye twitching when i've been nervous as a young buck.

That happens to me every once in a while but I don't think it's cause I'm nervous.

My lip twiches when i lie (or tell the truth when everyone thinks i'm lying)
it's no big deal just laugh about it and move on
