I don't usually. Some ppl think it's rude if you don't. So, I looked it up one day and found that it's an old myth...ppl would say bless you to ward off the deamons that came out in your sneeze (or something to that effect). So, I don't feel like I need to say it, and therefore don't!

Always its like a reaction. I love it best when your ina store or something and someone sneezes and you say Bless You even though you dont know them. They look at you like your crazy !lol

Most of the time yes. But when my mom sneezes it os so loud I can't help but say, Holy Crap!
