the NGK spark plug for the Briggs&Stratton will be similar to Rj19lm will this cause any harm?

take the spark plug to your nearest dealer and find out what spark plug options you have, but I think I have seen those in Briggs and Hondas alike. If there is a NGK replacement available, you certainly can use it without causing any harm.

Just make sure The NGK brand spark plug is correct for That specific engine. Spark plugs have different heat ratings and are different lengths.
