You have to go with Derek Anderson against the suspect Cincinnati Defense this week. He and Brett Favre have the most on the line, but Nati has the weaker "D" even though they are 26th vs. 25th for Chicago, who has a better pass rush. Plus Derek Anderson can run the football, so he might give you some bonus rushing yards.

Brett is going to have a big game. Palmer is having a very inconsistent year, and I'm thinking Anderson will probably have a decent game, but they are talking like its going to be a pretty rainy day.

Niether one excites me. I would go for a wire pick up thats playing in a dome or good conditions. When the weather is due to be bad the running game tends to be the focal point of teams. That said every now and then a QB steps up and has a great game; look at Garrard of Jax. In two of my other leagues I was able to pick up both McNabb and Bulger. As you know Bulger got me 22 pts. N.O.'s DEF vs. pass is not very good. McNabb is coming on strong and I don't see any quit in his effort and his knee is feeling better as the season has worn on. Hence the 53 yards rushing last week. Now if you have no other choices on the waiver then go with Anderson; he's sure to get you at least 15 pts. The brownie's need the victory to punch their playoff ticket. Good luck.

Go with Anderson against the Bengals. Not only is their defense horrible, Anderson is doing better than the other two. It's a no brainer, but wow, nice quarterbacks.

Favre or Anderson. I'd say Anderson..Cinci's D is horrible.
