If yes, why.. if no, why too

When we first got together, she was teaching and I was not working. It seemed reasonable for me to do the cooking, so I said I would, and did. However, I was so bad at it that she quit teaching, married me and took over all the cooking (except grilling out in warm weather).

So no, I don't, and it is because she's a gourmet cook while I'm more like a not-so-good short order cook.

Today we had 14 people here for dinner. It went smoothly & everyone loved it. Why on earth would I want to mess up a good thing by cooking myself??

Yeah - I'll cook for my wifes and kids oftentimes. Sometimes it's just cause there is something particular to eat. Sometimes my wife seems like she's got her hands full for awhile with other things. Othertimes I'm just hungry and I want to eat now.

My husband cooks more often than I do! He likes to cook. I'm too tired all the time!

I occasionally cook breakfast for my wife on weekend mornings to give her a break from her hectic week. It's the least I can do for the greatest wife in the house-I mean-in the world! ;D

I'm not married but when I'm in a relationship I love cooking for my woman, babying and pampering her. Feels so good to do.
