No they don't the same as guys. I mean, it comes out gradually, not at once like a guy.
And I know for a fact they have wet dreams, because secretly I have had one before.

Not quite in the same way as guys, but yes they can. Not all women are capable. Sometimes they are called squirters. It's not usually like what you might see in a porn movie.
