Back a few years ago baseball turned their heads and didn't care.
They knew ( had too) players were using steroids. It's doctors orders in some cases. I have been shot with steroids and so has my daughter to aid in healing in injuries.
If hitters are using to bulk up, then don't pitchers need to do what they can to compensate?
Sure now it's not allowed, but back in the day nobody cared because it helped the sport make money.
What is your thought on this?

You're correct. MLB had every opportunity to follow the example of the NFL but obviously decided not to. Now it has a mess on its hands with Congress threatening to intervene.

They deserve federal intervention into their drug activities

They should have done something a long time ago. I blame all of baseball for this. They did not do anything until practically forced to. I am disappointed so many players were named, and I am sure there are others we still do not know about.

I think some people, like Miguel Tejada, didn't take steroids.
It's incredible. I'm not a Yankee fan, but it's hard to believe 9 Yankees took steroids.

I cant trust it 100% because:
1.)McNamee and rodomski would tell them what they want to hear to save themselves, and you can kind of understand that
2.) It didn't even mention Sammy Sosa, Mark McGuire, and I think it mentioned Juan Gonzalez one time briefly, people that Canseco mentioned many times, so somebody is wrong

BY THE WAY WHO IS CURT SHILLING TO SAY ANYTHING ABOUT CLEMENS????

What stuns me is that all this has turned into a federal case. WTF is that all about? Don't our legislators have anything better to do that worry about baseball and steroids? Sheesh! Last I heard there was a war going on. What about that?
