Seems a little hypocritical that your wife would go to church to point out sinners.
What comes to mind is what Jesus once said, "Let the one without sin cast the first stone."
But your wife has sinned.
She has broken the 9th commandment:
'Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor.'
She has no way of knowing that these pople have sinned unless she has witnessed it herself.
Jesus also says "Judge not, less ye be judged" meaning that all people are sinners and no one is worthy to condemn another.
Your wife is not only a hypocrite but she is a sinner like those that she is trying to get away from.

Welcome to the real world. Sinners are everywhere yes, even in the church. And your wife is a sinner as well obviously she is a busy body and in others folks business. If she were a real christian she would not be worried about what others are doing, instead she would be praying for them. Judging others is a sin. Being a Christian does not make us perfect, we still fall short, some more often than others. No one is perfect and free of sin except for Jesus... That is why he is so forgiving and we must try daily to do what is right. and ask for forgiveness when we fall short. God bless****

The only way she will get away from sinners is to die - even when she is by herself she is with a sinner!
I don't know all of the details, but if your wife is keeping her eyes on men instead of God, she will never be happy in any church. She has to stop judging others and focus on her relationship with Him. He knows the hearts of all men, and e will be the Righteous Judge. Your wife hasn't been given that job.

Were all sinners. I don't understand the question. If your wife goes to a different church theres nothing wrong with that, I have a friend that doesn't believe in the church that his wife goes to but goes to it just to tag along or be seen for her.

As a minister's son, I saw an awful lot growing up in churches. Perhaps she knows one of the sinners just a little better than the others? Maybe some adulterer she just can't stand to look at anymore? Or maybe it's his wife she can't face?

That must be a real lonely church!!! To be sitting there all alone so that your not around other sinners sounds real boring. Or maybe she is off sinning with someone else while your at a church full of sinners.

Isn't passing judgement on others a sin? I thought there was a rule in there somewhere about "judge not" and "let he who is without sin cast the first stone" and stuff.
Now, this is just me, but I'd stay in church and let your wife leave if that's all she could do. She is clearly wrong, since church is where sinners are SUPPOSED to go, and you should not show solidarity with that, in my opinion.

Ask her where are sinners supposed to go? No one can go through a day without committing at least one sin. Tell her she's sinning by passing judgement on the sinners, so now where is she going to find a church for non-sinners!

Uh, does she know that she's around sinners every day? Does she not go to work because there's sinners? Does she not go to the grocery store? Tell her to get real, get off her holier-than-thou high horse, and remind her that there was only one perfect person that ever walked the earth. What would He want her to do?

I thought that was what church was all about. Bringing sinners in, like broken pots, repairing them and then sending them out into the world to spread the good word.
