It's a very cute name. I love the meaning which is "beloved, friend". The thing I don't like about Cara is that it translates to "face" in Spanish. Which does not matter if your not a Spanish speaker.

Don't really like it, Kinda reminds of the the Adams Family Movie, "Cara Mia"

I like it....I also like it spelled with a "K"...I know someone named Cara and Kara....both are very nice names!

Soooooo.... cute! When I have a daughter I think i am naming her Caralyn and I would call her Cara! Adorable name!

its pretty! Try the spelling like kara instead. It 's mroe dramatic and stands out. Cara would be left in a crowd but Kara would light up.

I think it's a cute name, in Italian there's a term "cara" which means precious/dear. :)

I think you should spell it with a K, as in Kara, it's unique and I know a couple people with that name

oh i love that name! That's one of my best friend's name and I've known her for all my life. She's beautiful, sweet, and funny. So yeah that's a great name.
