Maybe BBC, ITV or C4?? I phoned the 'This Morning' competition a few times? how can I be sure I wasn't ripped off. Have any others felt that they may have been ripped off by premium rate phone lines?

If you've phone a competition line, of course you've been ripped off. How else can they afford to give someone a prise? They wouldn't do it if it was profitable. But no I haven't. It does make u wonder if anyone does actually win anything.

I have tried a few time to contact 'Make Your Play' on ITV but can never get through. Also I have tried on the X factor recently and had the same problem. It's a scandal, you may as well pay out to see a fortune teller. Even though they have been fined recently it's still a scam and many other agree too.

Companies all over the world will have a special offer, usually ending right before you call. Some also advertise premium, but have hidden costs for what yopu really want.

No - the chances of winning just don't seem worth it.

Equally those telephone lines which want you to ring on surveys for how you feel on a topical affair (eg: Would you leave your kids alone whilst on holiday?) seem a load of crapola too.... they are just interested in your money.

ITV can burn in hell for it's trailer trash tv.

Its all a scam to pay for the programme you are watching and boost their profits.\they collect around 70% of the cost of the call.
