I simply mark it on a calendar. I try to use a color other than blue or black to circle the dates so it stands out for me if I ever need to reference it.

Hi Sweetie,
Get R Own peronal calendar for r bedroom, start writting P the 1st day u start & check marks for the exact days u were on it that month. Then count 28 days from the day u started for the next month, when u shud PMS. Even spotting put it on calander too. This way u'll know ahead of time preposting r period & plan around it. Swim Meets, etc. Plse keep in mind if u've had r period less than1 & 1/2 yrs. r period will fluctuate,
like early, late sometimes, etc. until r hormones balance out. OK? So go get r free calendar if u buy something like pads at the pharmacy. U can hide it if u want nobody's business, Right? lol & Merry Christmas

Use a calendar and mark the day your period starts and the day it ends. Then watch out for symptoms like increased egg white cervical mucus and note on the calendar when it starts and stops. The day it stops is most likely your ovulation day. Then start all over again with the next cycle.
The length of your cycle is counting from the first day of your last period to the first day of your next period. Most women have a 5-7 day period and then about 23-21 days in between when they are "cycling." Average cycle length is 28 days.
I would use my regular wall calendar and then mark the day i started with a red circle. Then i would count 4 wks from that day and mark it with a red circle outline. If i started my period on that day, i would then fill in the circle.

Like the others above me have answered,
Just use a regular calender. That's what I do :)
I mark an 'x' on the days that I start.
So far my pattern is the 25th; so I'll be getting my next period on Christmas.. ugh -_- lol

I do mine at fertilityfriend.com because I am TTC. There are plenty of other sites that will do it as well, or a plain old calendar works too!

get a cheap calender hang it on the wall in your bathroom or next to your dresser. and write it down every time you start and stop, just write "start" and "stop" on the days on your calender. that way its not so obvious to people who might just happen to peak at your calender and it provides you with a easy way to visualize your periods...
