Okay, i just started wathing Supernatural last night and it was pretty good. I looked on Wikipedia for info about it and i look on Sams wiki, it said his brother DEan is suppossed to die in a year. How do they know that is it a curse or something? Also could you fill me in with more info about the show, thanks.

The whole Dean-ordeal happens at the very end of Season 2 so you must keep watching! It's not a curse or anything, Dean gives up his life to save Sam's. You'll learn so much about the brothers and why Dean does what he does to save Sam.
Supernatural is a great show and I'm glad you're interested! Sam and Dean are brothers that hunt demonic spirits, ghosts, legends etc. In Season 1, they are trying to kill one thing: the Yellow Eyed Demon. I don't want to give too much away but I will say that you have to keep watching in order to understand Dean's deal (in Season 2) and the brother-relationship between Sam and Dean. It's actually a deal Dean made to save his brother. The Yellow-Eyed Demon, or Azazel, as his name was revealed in season 3, rounded up 5 of the "special" kids (23 year olds) with abilities, such as getting premonitions and visions, like Sam, or super-human strength, like Jake, the evil son-of-a-b*tch who turned on Sam in the 2nd last episode of Season 2. He's actually the reason Dean is in the deal. See Sam's a hunter, so he knew about Demons. So when they were together everyone basically depended on Sam. Well, alot happened that you really should watch, its episode 21 of Season 2, called "All Hell Breaks Loose part 1" which I think would have made a great season finale. There were traitors, and, basically, it was survival, last man standing. Sam wanted to team up with Jake because he knew that killing eachother is what the Demon wants, but Jake turned on him, and successfully killed him, in a cowardly way, if you ask me, he literally stabbed him in the back. Well, Sam died, but Dean couldn't have it that way. So he went to the Crossroads Demon and made a deal. He expected 10 years but got an offer of only 1. Take what you can get, right? So he sealed the deal (with a kiss) and Sam woke up. Now Dean only has a year to live before the Demon comes to collect. We'll just have to wait for continuing episodes to see what'll happen, although, in a few episodes, like Episode 2 of the 3rd season, it was hinted that the demon Ruby would be able to help Sam, and that she was on his side. I strongly recommend you watch season 1 and especially season 2, I think you can find them online. Let me know if you want, I can find lots of links.

Sam was killed and taken to hell by a demon. Dean made a deal that Sam would come back and he would take his place after one year.
They just hunt demons and stuff all the time.
