well what it is supposed to do is to unbind the testosterone in your body from the Sex Binding Globulin Hormone. It just makes what you have work a bit better. There is another group of herbs you should look into that are anti-aromatase herbs in that they prevent the conversion of testosterone to estrogen and also help the estrogen that you do have floating around stay as the proper metabolite for guys.......the herbs are Chrysin, Diindole Methane (DIM), Eurycomo Longfolia Jack, and Stinging nettle root. Those herbs and supplements have a bit more research on them.

I should add too that you not take anything that is the actual hormone itself because your body will adapt to getting an external source of the hormone and will stop producing it on it's own and that is why many people on steroids say their balls shrink.
