I was in a lady's room when someone was in a stall talking on the phone while peeing. Do they actually believe that the person on the other end of the phone can't hear what they are doing?

GROSS! I don't understand why anyone would want to have a telephone conversation while in the restroom.

If I'm talking to a good friend or my husband I don't worry about it. It'd be weird if I were on a business call or something tho.
