if you're having a private conversation in a public place and someone deliberately stands to the side of you so that they can hear your conversation and watch you, is that invasion of privacy? what can i do to ensure I do not have to endure that behavior anymore?

The person has repeatedly put their nose in my business. Every time I look up, they're listening to my conversation, although they look away and try to act as though they aren't. Maybe I should just have some fun and play with them until they get tired and leave me alone?

The main thing that bothers me isn't the fact that it's a personal conversation, it's just the fact that this person in is constantly in my business every time I turn around! It's gotten to be really annoying!
