No, it's not.
If he's telling you up front that he's going to do it a certain way, the way HE likes, whether it hurts you or not, or whether you enjoy it or not, he's an inconsiderate pig. And probably not very good in bed either.
You might want to consider giving it up to somebody else instead.

This is macho BS.
Rough sex is fine - but it's an advanced topic after you are both comfortable and trust each other.
If your guy is 'threatening' you this way, it likely means he is clueless about sex and covering it up by promising rough behavior.
Get another guy or tell your father. He and I will go have a talk with the young man...

Your boyfriend is a jerk if he wants to be rough with you when you are so inexperienced. Some couples like to "play" rough, but that is only after both of them are experienced and know full well what they are doing. It is very important that you BOTH enjoy what you do together and are doing it with each others FULL CONSENT.
DON'T HAVE SEX WITH THIS JERK!

I really like the very first contribution.
And I'll second it.
Your boyfriend should be showing love, concern and warmth for your first time.
And telling you off the bat the way HE is going to do it, shows none of that.
Rather, he sounds like a selfish pig who is thinking about himself.
