I have about 50 or so of them and they are taped together horizontally and put into a cabinet that hold my rolled patterns and design drawings in.
I didn't eat them all to use them, but I could have which is why I have more salt and vinegar ones than anything else. lol
I also have some I have my large paintbrushes in and another one with knitting needles and crochet hooks. Some are covered with contact paper and cut various sizes have have colored pencils, pens, rotary cutters and Exacto knives in them.
I suppose you could use it as a bird feeder, piggy bank, cut notches out and use as a CD holder.

Use it to put change in it. \
Hitting someone (use as a weapon or to harass them).
You can use it as an instrument like a drum.
if you have more than one satck them up to build a robot.
use them as bowling pins and make your own game out of it.
Make a bird house with it.
punch a hole through the bottom and stick your arms through and pretend your a robot.

They're great for storing incense sticks. And, you can tie string between two of them and get reception as good as a Cingular cell phone.

My dog loves to play with them because they roll away. He makes a mess but I take it away from him when he starts tearing small pieces. He loves empty Gaterade bottles too. :P

-putting tennis balls in it.
-putting a string on one end and one on another one and talk to someone that is 2 feet away from you.
-connect them and make a really long cylinder
