Go to start in your tray, run and type in: c://program files, click on browse, open program files and look and see if you have a file with the name of Webvideo". If you do try and delete the file. If it says being used by another file, reboot and try and again as this will usually delete. If the file should say write protected ctc. me an I will direct you to free software to delete write protect file.

Now go to start, search and type in: Webvideo and allow your pc to search for all related files. Delete from top to bottom. If any file does not delete, saying being used, reboot and go back and try again. Usually will delete after a reboot.
