I bought something on the internet for Christmas expecting it to arrive by today, but it hasn't. The problem is, I used a business address (which is just next door) which will be closed tomorrow and Monday. I'm hoping they will leave it at the door, but am wondering if anyone knows if they will take it back to the post office. I will be able to check to see if it's there over the weekend so I'm hoping they don't take it back!

The policy is to take it back to the Post Office.

Depends what the item is, and what the specifications were when it was shipped. Some parcels can be left, others need to be handed to a person, and others need a signature.
