Personally, I think Batman but that's just me.

Batman. He keeps a piece of kryptonite in his utility belt. (IIRC, Superman gave it to him himself in case he ever went nuts.)

Remember that Batman is a very fit human that has technology while Superman has superhuman abilities that can stop any forces that Batman brings up. That situation would change if Batman were to use Kryptonite to fight Superman because Batman is constantly learning how to use his enemies' weaknesses to his advantage. If not, then Superman would win for sure.

Batman is in posession of some kryptonite so I have to say Batman. In Frank Miller's "The Dark Knight Return's" Batman beat Superman with a combo of deviousness and technology.

Superman would win against Batman, unless Batman pulled out Kryptonite, but Spiderman beats them both!

Superman. Faster than a speeding bullet. He can go into outerspace without needing to breath. Bullets bounce off of him. Super human strength, lasers for eyes, etc.
Batman is just a guy. A really tough guy with a lot of martial arts training an some niffty gadets, but unless he can lay his hands on some kryptonite, he's toast.

Batman had this in his Batcave in case he needed to beat Superman
The contingency plans for the then current Leaguers are as follows:
Superman is exposed a synthetic form of Kryptonite which had lasting effects on him, making his skin transparent and super-charging his powers to a degree that nearly made him explode.
Synthetic means it wasn't naturally made but made by Batman

Batman would win, he uses his head more than Superman would, and he has a lot of gadgets, just in case of all thoses emergencies he's in. maybe he has some kryptonite in his belt somewhere

superman is immortal with inhuman strength and reflexes. Batman is mortal with a lot of equipment that helps him to appear immortal. in a battle Superman winner hands down.
