There's this movie I saw once and I loved it and now it's driving me crazy 'cause I can't remember its name. It was something about a school of boys and there was this literature teacher who was asking the students to learn a poem by heart. And towards the end he had to leave the place and the students tried to convince him to stay, and one of them recited the poem he was supposed to learn but had some difficulty with, and the poem was "He wishes for the cloths of heaven" by W.B.Yeats. I'm pretty sure about that. So does this ring a bell to anyone? I'd really appreciate the help.

Oh, yes, I forgot to mention, it's not Dead Poets' Society, I'm sure of that, but something very close to it...

Dead Poet's Society with Robin Williams is the closest I could find to this plot-wise, but that poem is not in it. The poem most featured was Walt Whitman's "O Captain! My Captain!"

BTW - I looked up 84 Charing Cross Road. The poem you're talking about is featured in that movie, but the plot is nothing close to what you've described.

I don't recall the poem offhand.. but I'm fairly sure that there is one they have to memorize.. (it's been a long time since I watched it)
