All the time. I've found emeralds, rubies and a little quartz but no gold.

Hey wait a second.. You never said how often you pick your nose.
I generally dont pick my nose unless theres a nose hair tickling me.
I roll up kleenex into a finger shape & give it a good twist & pull the junk out.
I found gold twice while picking & blowing my nose.
One time it was gold craft glitter.
The other time was after using gold spray paint.

Usually only when I get-up in the morning. I have never found gold.
