Okay, I'm trying to edit my YouTube page, and I put in this URL into the background box:
http://us.f6.yahoofs.com/blog/45d3b946z48c3e0bd/75/__hr_/f642.jpg?mgQUFbHBQY5QUcD8
It brings up a picture. And when I'm editing it, the picture showa up as the background and everything. But when I push Ok, it says 'Please enter a valid picture URL'. Why won't it let me use it? See, even if you click the link, it takes you to a picture, right?

I tried it too, and it takes me to the picture, but it keeps saying it's invalid!
PS - Thankies, I made it myself!

Okay, that's not what I meant.
***That's what I did, right clicked on the picture and got the link from properties. That's the link I put in there, but it says it's invalid.

Yes, it brings up a picture. What I would recommend doing is right clicking on the picture itself and hitting "Properties" then where it says "Address" highlight the entire thing there. That may have a file extension like .jpg that will help.

ETA: I just tried it and unfortunately that doesn't work; it just has the same as the address. So what you might want to do is either add your own .jpg at the end and see if that works, and if not, find a photo hosting site, upload it, and use the file extension it provides for web linking.

Good luck, that's an awesome pic!
