everything else works except all my games cant be read

Make sure you put the game disk in correctly. If it still continue of not reading the disk, I suggest contacting Nintendo. :(

Are you sure your putting it in the right way? This is because I had this problem too at first. Make sure that the face (printed area) is FACING the right side. just try putting it in facing both ways till you get it. Hopefully that helps. If not, that suckx!

hmm...i've never tried this, but you could maybe try and take the wii apart and like clean out the inside and clean the lens. its kinda risky, but that's what i would do if my wii stopped reading games.
i did do it with my ps2 before, and then it started working fine.

turn the game disk so it faces the other way.... my kids make the same mistake all the time.
