4stroke? so like a CRF100, probably about 45.
Probably less, I have a TT-R125 and that'll go about 50, 55 on a good day.

It all depends. It will change if you're on dirt or the street, whether its cold or if its hot out side, condition of your bike, and lots of other stuff comes into play.

it all depends on the rider, and the conditions of the place he is riding.
I will bet money that it will not go more than 40-45 mph.....

you can put a govener on to keep it slow until you feel more comfy.
