My lower abdomen is hurting as well as my anus. What is this pain?

I have been to a gyncolegyst (sp) as well as the regular doctor and the ER. everyone says that over time the pain will go away.

Go away.. what is causing it ? How can they say it will go away without a diagnoses. See another doctor - maybe a gastroenterologist.

There are a number of possibilities for what could be causing this pain such as endometriosis but I would recommend getting another opinion from a different gynecologist to see what they think is going on.
