which should i get hitmonlee or hitmonchan.

it denpends. hitmonlee has high strenght but low defence but hitmonchan has high defence and low strenght !

They both have the same stats, however overall Hitmonlee learns the strongest moves.

they are pretty equal but Hitmonlee learns way better moves. Plus he looks cool.

Hitmonchan because it learns a varitey of moves.

Did you know they were named after Jackie Chan & Bruce Lee? Well they were haha.
And I'd say go with the Champ,she's got mad punching skills.
