When you download stuff onto your computer from the Internet it remains saved on the temporary Internet files folder for a certain amount of time depending on your Internet configuration. You can, however, delete them directly by opening the Internet browser you use and deleting them. If you use Internet Explorer then go to Tools > Internet Options and on the General tab, go to the Browsing History section and click on ¨Delete¨. A pop-up window will appear and you should click on ¨Delete Files¨. All your previously downloaded files will be deleted. ;D
