Ack, no. I really don't care what people think of me after I die, but I rather like living and intend to continue at it for the foreseeable future and beyond.
I think anyone who answers yes to your question should probably speak with a school counselor (if they're young) or to a therapist. Wishing you never existed sounds like a pretty good indicator of depression.

Absolutely not. I would never choose to die until my time came. And if I did choose to die, why would I have all the memories that I existed removed? Once I die, I want people to remember me as I am, no matter who I become.

That is like saying, "Would you not have been born given the chance?"
No, I am thankful for my life. I love to live and experience life.
I would not want the people who I shared this life with to not remember me and I them.
I feel sorry for people who don't appreciate the life they were given... it's sad that they cannot find any happiness in the journey.
