Nah, neither is sex with a condom.
In all truth ANYTHING can be defined as cheating.

It depends on .... who the person is that you kissed and what the kiss was for. I am 3000 miles away from my family and many friends, so when I go home to visit (every 2 - 3 years), and some of my friends of the opposite sex are there, we kiss on the cheek .... kind of like a "hi, how are you, or long time no see" kind of kiss. This is not cheating! You have to take a few things into consideration if you want to determine it as cheating or not.

depends on who you are kissing? I mean i kiss my parents, family etc all the time. If it is a male that you could have been interested in if you were not married than it is pretty close to the cheating line, however a peck on the cheek to say goodbye or merry Christmas or whatever would not be that bad nor cheating. There is so many variables in the situation that i do not know about to be able to fully say weather or not it should be considered "cheating" just use common sense. what do you think it is?

It could be considered cheating but it depends on who it is. If it is a friend and only a kiss on the cheek then it could be only as a friendly kiss. Some people could say that is cheating and then some people would not let it bother them.

If you bump into a good friend, or if someone does something very thoughtful and you just respond by a quick kiss on the cheek, then there isn't any real romantic intent so it is harmless. I think it all depends on your perception. If you believe, because of how you felt, that it was cheating ...then you have your answer.

Since you are asking this I'm going to assume that you either kissed someone, or your husband did. I think that if you have to even ask this question then the answer is yes it is cheating. Cheating begins in the heart. It is not necessarily a specific action taken.

Depends.
I usually kiss family and close friends on the cheek, that should not be considered cheating because it's just friendly.
But a tap on the lips can get you in trouble and a french kiss is definitely cheating.

You're not supposed to be kissing anybody on the lips but your partner.

But then again some families have a habit of kissing on the lips instead of on the cheek. Who did you/he kiss??

I think if you kiss anybody else besides your spouse, parents, or kids then it's cheating, the fact that the kiss is intentional so you must want it.and that's wrong.

To me it depends on how your thoughts are. If you like the guy then yes it is cheating but if it was just someone you just tolerate than no.
