What if a stick magnet at 1 side is somehow cut in half and turn in oppiosite sides.Will the newly form ends will become plus plus or minus plus?

*O's means nothing

If you cut a stick magnet in half across the middle, the two newly formed ends become minus plus.

|+...........................-|

becomes:

|+..........-| |+..........-|


If you split it down the middle, you will get two identical thinner magnets - with the two ends the same as they were previously.

Whether you split the magnet in half longitudinally or cut it in half horizontally, when you swap ends with one half and join the two together you end up with a net magnetic field very near 0.

I have no idea what your drawings represent, but when you cut a stick magnet in half, it will go from +- to +- +-.

minus plus or plus minus but not plus plus or minus minus.
