it depends on where she 'holds' her stress. the best idea i can give you right now (because i'm half asleep) is to go to border's book store and get a book (read it there) on trigger points. when you massage her use more pressure on these points. one of the best things to do to relax her is to have her lay on her stomache and rock her gently with both hands (one on top of the other) on the sacrum (very lowest part of the back - almost her butt). this feels like when you were a baby and your mommy put you to sleep. around the scapula (shoulder blade) holds a lot of trigger points. use your thumbs to rub little circles all the way around them. rub the tops of her arms. women are very surprised at how good it feels. use a kneeding motion like making bread. put your fingers behind your ears on the bone on the bottom; not where the vegas nerve or jugular vein which is below the back of the ear - you can feel when you get the right place. rub that area in little tiny circles. you know when you go to turn your head and your neck gets that serious ouchy in it? it's because stress is held in the shoulder/neck area. this helps to relieve that.

yeah. IM her and make sure shes ok, but make sure your not to pushy about it. Some girls get very defensive and dont want you pushing them, yet some girls. like myself, act like we dont want you to push us, yet that shows you truly care and we love when u do.Just watch for which one and try to chill her out anyway you can think of.
