There is no such word as "thes." Thats merely your mother's accent. Just like where I'm from a lot of people don't put the "g" on the end of words ending in "ing."

"The" is an article, not a noun, and therefore cannot be possessive.
You can say "the cat's meow" or "the student's answer", but it's impossibly to say "the's answer."
