sqrt x-1=x-3
square the whole problem

x-1=x^2-6x+9
x-1+1=x^2-6x+9+1
x= x^2-6x+10
x-x=x^2-7x+10
x^2-7x+10=0

(x-2)(x-5)=0
x=2 or x=5

sqrt 5x+5-15=0

square the problem
5x+5+225=0
5x+230=0
5x=-230
x=-46
