Well I'm going to buy a new power supply for my Dell XPS 410 because I'm buying a new graphics card and it requires a bigger power supply. Right now, I have a 375W power supply and I'm planning to buy a 700W one, but I'm worrying that the 700W power supply will not be able to physically fit into my computer case. I've read that as long as something like the letters "ATX" show up for the power supply, then I needn't worry but I still want to double check. Can someone please tell me if the power supplies are in fact the same physical size?

ATX are all the same width and screw pattern, so you should be good no matter what you pick out as long is it is ATX.

I have a question though...why on earth are you putting a 700w PSU in there? What video card are you getting? I bet this PSU will be just fine for you...no need to have that much wattage...

Retail 12V ATX power supplies are typically 150mm wide. Length may vary a bit. Higher rated power supplies are a bit longer. BUT that should not be a problem since the DVD drives at the other end of the case are now shorter.

For the most part yes, however make the purchase with a credit card. Then you have an option to return.
