Does anyone know the best Do it yourself Email blasting software/server on the market to send out 1 Million + emails.

Sorry, but programs that SPAM users are ILLEGAL...

spamming is'nt legal no one here is gonna help you unless you promise that all 1 million of them will be sent to your email addresses.

Even if I did, I wouldn't let you know - you sound like the kind of spammer I work overtime to avoid.
