Coota is Cootamundra northeast of Wagga Wagga in NSW. It is where Don Bradman was born and is the home of the Cootamundra wattle. I don't know for certain but I would expect that coota cordial was or is a cordial made in Cootamundra. A cordial is a strongly flavoured syrup to which you add water to make a flavoured drink.

It's a country party hosted in Cootamundra for year 9&10 students. Boarders bring day friends home and they have a dance

you could be talking bout coola cordial, coola is a fruity lime cordialif you dont know what cordial is its a form of syrup addiditive for water
