Dunno if this can actually happen medically in humans but it looks like your mid range cone cells which have a spectral resp peak at 530nm could be deficient lacking the photoactive chemical to trigger a response when green light (wavelenghth 490nm-560nm) is incident.
What would happen is that your high range cones 400nm-500nm which overlap part of the M-range cones sensitivity, would pick up the colour sensation as blue. However what you should also get is a sensation of red instead of green for some greens due to the low range cones kicking in at about 560nm.
What do you get for yellow (560nm-590nm) btw which is right in the mid L range, without your M cones working at all, yellow=red??

Maybe it's just the words you use - if it's a blue-green color, some might call it blue and others call it green.

Color perception changes as people age, because of changes in the lens. I had one lens replaced, and now I see color a little differently in one eye than in the other.
