Yeah sure, it should at decent frame rates. I would suggest overclocking the Q6600 to 3.0gHz or better to minimize any bottlenecks. Q6600 typically overclocks up to 3.6gHz.

Your PC's performance could be close to the top performer especially when processor is overclocked.

YES!! That should play on high settings just fine (not very high settings-nothing can really run that well except TSLI 8800 ultras). You won't be seeing better performance in Crysis at least by overclocking the CPU like crazy, but you should overclock the GPU at least..that'll definitely get you some extra frames.
