I have baby dreams almost every single night. Most of them are weird - like I dreamt that I had to lock all my doors and bolt my windows because a mob was trying to steal my baby....
I think it's because we have baby on the brain all day long and at night - you usually dream about the last thing you thought about before you went to sleep.
Don't worry - it's normal, I asked my doc. LOL!
Congratulations!!

Your dreams are very normal. ESPECIALLY if this is your first pregnancy. They are triggered by anxiety. You may or may not be aware that you are worried about the birth of your baby. Your worries trigger these weird types of dreams.
Hang tight, before going to sleep do some things to help you relax. Have a hot bath, listen to some meditation music, make your bed as well as your entire surrounding comfortable and serene. Maybe even read a good book, one that will relax you and make you feel good
Those things will help ease the tension and the dreams will start to go away. :0)
Congratulations and good luck

I would assume it's normal since our hormones are changing. I too have had the strangest dreams. My hubby says I talk more and move more in my sleep now than I've ever have. He also woke up one night and saw that I was trying to stick my hand in the fan to stop it from moving. I've had dreams about my dogs, my friends and my families. Sometimes they are so real that I think it's really happened!

A lot of pregnant women have very vivid dreams that usually relate to their child.
Don't worry, it's completely normal.

dreams are a phenomenon there are only theories to explain why we dream why we dream. No concrete stuff. So I would be lying if I said I could help you with that. Dreams are natural and I would ignore them. There is nothing wrong with them.
