Only when you don't feel like, or no longer have the energy. Age is irrelevant. Your mind and body will tell you when. I've gone through stages where I felt completely bored with it, only to pick it back up again and have fun.

We are as young as we feel and right now I feel like about 60 but I could still go for a good party....lol
