I have only seen them smoke once since then I only smell it..and it stinks

The person has to want to quit. If so, then encourage him or her to seek a perscription from a doctor. The success rate is much greater if there is help than if they go cold turkey.

You need to understand that this is just as hard an addiction to break as the worst drugs but (s)he can succeed.

Cigarettes are bad for you and smoking weed is bad too. if you still want to get high but don't want to smoke, get yourself a vaporizer and have fun. If you quit smoking tobacco, you'll live longer. If you quit smoking weed, you'll live longer but you might not enjoy it as much.

I heard nicorette patches work and the gum does to, it's a little expensive, but so are cigarettes. Good Luck!!!

first they half to want to you CAN'T MAKE them you can help by not smoking around the or being in places that do.
change there down time when they get board that's when you want to grab one. get some little hard candy suck on them

Kick them in the balls, (punch them in the boob, if applicable) whenever you see them smoking.

Or get them high once.
